Hi, I’m Kristen!

I am a board-certified Behavior Analyst. I use science to address and help people meet their wellness goals. No more wishful thinking. I apply the proven science of behavior analysis to solidify the victory of change that lasts.

I help you make better fitness and nutrition decisions by figuring out where you are, and where you want to go. We’ll work together to select important targets while following your progress, and providing accountability through evidence-based treatment. But most importantly, I help you find your motivation. A new approach to life and results that make your cheeks hurt from smiling!

Lifelong Endurance Athlete

In middle school, a coach saw potential in me. She put me in the boy’s races to challenge me. That summer, I ran my first mile race and I placed first in the pre-teen group. The results were printed in the local paper. My name in black and white exploded into technicolor as I saw the connection between the choices and changes I made and that first victory.

I’ve never stopped running. Or swimming, or riding my road bike.

My running career looks a lot different these days on the beautiful trails of the Rocky Mountains. My goal is to run in beauty and celebrate that my body can do some pretty amazing things, if I set my mind to it.

I realize I was given a gift at a very young age. Someone told me I was good at something, and then encouraged me and reinforced that. A master’s degree and over 16,000 hours of Behavior Analysis experience later, I pass that encouragement and my proven programs on to others to run their best race.
